Write the material first
Name one product: isolate, broad spectrum distillate, full spectrum distillate, a finished oil, a water-soluble powder or liquid, a topical, or a co-packing run. If you need several, give each its own block. Add the CBD target and the basis, such as percent by weight in the ingredient or in the finished oil. Add the THC limit as a number your destination actually uses.
Appearance, carrier, flavour and terpene profile belong in the same block when they change the goods. For a topical, name the format and the level in the cream or oil. For water-soluble material, say powder or liquid.
Then write the commercial facts
Estimated volume, first order versus a repeat, destination country, and pack. Say whether you want pricing, a sample introduction, or both. A target month is more useful than as soon as possible. Incoterms can be FOB Thailand or another term you already use. If you do not know the Incoterm, say so. We will not invent a minimum to fill the gap.
We do not publish prices or minimum order quantities. After due diligence the pricing email carries the minimum that applies to that file, the lead time the partner can support, and the Incoterms. The introduction follows that email.
Leave claims and confidential formula in the right place
Do not send label copy that makes a health claim and ask us to approve it. We will not. If the formula is confidential, ask for an NDA before you attach it. A first email can still be specific: format, target, volume, destination.
