We collect what a wholesale enquiry needs, and we use it to reply, to do due diligence, and to make an introduction when the file proceeds.

What we collect
The quote form asks for company, contact name, work email, product, estimated volume, destination country, and any specification notes you add. Emails you send us carry the same kind of business information. Server logs held by the host may include IP address and browser data as part of ordinary site operation.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to decide whether we can work the file, to prepare pricing, and to introduce you to a manufacturing partner when that is the next step. We do not sell personal information. We do not send consumer marketing. An introduction means the partner receives the business details needed to continue the conversation.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by that host so they can be delivered to us. Do not send consumer health information or a full confidential formula in the first form. Ask for a non-disclosure arrangement first if the formula is sensitive.
Retention and your request
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial file is open and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer follow-ups and keep a record of what was quoted.
