Cartons stored in a warehouse

Ordering

How an order moves, from the first email to an introduction.

We do due diligence, share pricing, then make introductions. This website does not take payment and does not list prices or minimums.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

Email the product, the purity or concentration target, the THC limit, the estimated volume, the destination country and a target date. Business buyers only. We reply within one business day.

  2. 2

    Due diligence

We review the buyer, the destination and whether a vetted manufacturing partner can lawfully supply that specification. We may ask for a company registration or an import context. We may decline.

  3. 3

    Pricing

There is no public price list and no single minimum. The email covers pricing, the minimum for that format and pack, the lead time and the Incoterms. Trial lots and repeating programmes are quoted as different files.

    Introduction

We introduce you to the partner. Samples, if you want them, are arranged then. Sample size and any charge are set with the partner, not on this page. Production, payment and freight are agreed with them after the introduction.

After the introduction

The manufacturing partner confirms the written specification, produces or packs the lot, and arranges export documents that the product and the destination require. Your broker handles import clearance. We stay available if the introduction needs to be corrected, and we do not publish the partner's bank details on this site.

Payment terms are part of the partner agreement. This website does not take card payments. We will not ask you to pay a party who was not named in the introduction.

Documents

The exact set depends on the product and the destination. Check that the same description and the same lot appear on each paper.

DocumentWhat to check
Commercial invoice and packing listDescription, weights, currency and Incoterms. The same description on every document.
Certificate of analysisOnly when a panel was agreed. Lot number, method, and only the analytes on that panel.
Certificate of originWhere you or the destination needs origin stated for customs.
Thai export permissionHeld by the licensed party. Extracts above 0.2 percent THC follow a stricter path, with permission per shipment.
Transport documentConsignee, weights and marks match the packing list.

Timing

There is no standing production time. Sample approval, if you take a sample, is the partner's production of that sample plus courier time plus your own laboratory if you test it. Production of the commercial lot is confirmed per order. Published forwarder ranges often put air freight to the United States in about a week to ten days, and direct sea from Laem Chabang toward the US West Coast in about three weeks, plus clearance. Those transit figures are estimates, not guarantees.

The legal outline is in exporting CBD from Thailand. It is not legal advice. If you also need kratom or kava, start that file at Kratom Thai Exports so the documents are not mixed.
